Service area F.A.Q.

We perform installations throughout the tri-state area, however the majority of our services are located within the Hudson Valley. 

Due to the rising cost of fuel and operation costs, we have been forced to impliment a project minimum for various locations- this means that if you project is located within a certain county, or a certain area within a county, there may be a minimum project cost requirement.  This does not mean we would "up-charge" the cost of the project, but rather the project would have to meet a minimum cost amount for us to provide service.  Below is a list of counties/locations where  project minimums apply- this list is based as approximate only- please call our office for details on your specific project. 

Ulster:   $1800.00 - depends on location within county

Sullivan:  $2500.00 depends on location within county

Bronx:   $1500.00 depends on location within county

Brooklyn:  $3200.00 depends on location within county

Manhattan:  $2500.00 depends on location within county

Queens:  $3200.00 depends on location within county

Staten Island:  $3500.00 depends on location within county

Long Island area:  call for details

Connecticut & New Jersey:  please call with your project's location/details

Delivery only for ordered items depends on location and delivery needs.  Please call for details.

Whenever possible we offer free estimates, however there are cases where this is not economically possible.  If your project is located outside of our no-charge estimate radius, we will ask for as many details as possible so that we can provide you with a phone, fax or email quote.  This helps us keep our product costs down while providing potential clients with an estimated cost of their project.  We welcome your pricing inquiries- with everyone's time being valuable, it is always in everyone's best interest to have an idea as to what their project will cost.

Unfortunatley, no.  As a retail service company, our pricing is based as either installed or delivered by an employee of our firm or as being picked up at our facility in Ossining, NY.  There is no possible way for us to estimate your project if you are located outside of the area where we service.  Due to shipping limitations by UPS and FedEx and the custom nature of our business, we cannot offer glass items as "shipped"- with the execption of patch fittings /hardware or other "boxed" items we sell- which may be shipped anywhere.
